I love when clients have a vision they want me to create! This family told me she wanted to use one of my new locations of this year with her horse with her baby!! Everything inside me shouted yes! I did forget to wear my boots, but like I always tell you all….I am one of those locals who only wears their boots during Frontier Days…
This session was beautiful!! I really loved the colors! Everything is burning around us which makes our light different in the evening. Tonight is no different. We got some strange light for a bit during this session but it was still lovely.
Finishing up my last session this week and it couldn’t have been any more beautiful. I really loved every single shot that came out of this one. The lone tree on the hill is one of my favorite places to shoot at and this couple was amazing to work with! They were funny and just wonderful!!
I love when I get some absolutely stunning light like we got tonight! We chose a beautiful location in Veedauwoo and it did not disappoint!!
Her fiancee “hunts for sheds” so they brought along some antler we had some fun with. Before I moved out to Wyoming, I had never heard that term phrase before, but out here, they say it all the time. And the sheds they find out here are unreal. These are a pair of deer sheds and a moose. A flipping MOOSE. But whateves. That’s normal out here right?
Connecting with my clients brings me an intense amount of pleasure and when they happen to have six children in tow, it’s even more awesome. This family lit my world up tonight! We had the best time running over the mountains with spectacular golden hour light. This mama….words can’t really touch my thoughts and love for her. She executes herself with love and gentleness but there is a strength deep inside her where she can carry the weight of a thousand mountains. I watched that weight melt off of her tonight in the arms of her husband. With their laughter and connection carrying through the valley, they humored my requests. Thank you for tonight, my friends.
It seems all my Colorado mamas decided to deliver their babies at the same time! This is my third Denver baby this week and he was such a tiny little peanut! We had to work very hard to get these shots but they are worth it! He settled slightly and we were able to snap a few posed shots. His sisters were very proud to show him off!
